Tamar Housing Society has been in existence for more than 40 years and offers a quality, customer focused service to its residents and stakeholders. The one million pound investment programme concluded in 2010. All homes have upgraded electrical systems, loft and/or cavity wall insulation and double glazing. A five year kicthen replacement programme has now commenced.
Tamar strives to continually improve customer service to residents and the 'one call' repairs service with MAK properties continues to work well. This service gives residents an opportunity to choose a convienient appointment time for their repair.
Whilst there is still work do be done to improve our service and systems. I would like to thank the Staff, Board and Residents for helping to create an organisation that truly care and defintely achieves.
