Tamar Housing Society has ambitious plans to provide new homes for local people both for rent and low cost ownership. Schemes are on site in Plymouth, Saltash and Treburley in North Cornwall.

The target is for to develop 120 new homes over the next 5 years. Both the local authorities and the Homes and Communities Agency (the government organisation which funds housing associations) are fully supportive of Tamar's plans to develop.

Tamar has appointed a Business Development Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for development.
