Tamar and Caradon consult local residents on Saltash plans

Tamar Housing Society and Caradon District Council held a consultation event in July to establish the views of local people about two possible schemes in Saltash. Based in the Caradon District Council van, representatives from the Society, the local authority and the architects working on the plans talked to neighbors about the possible scheme. The event will help the Society determine how to progress any work they do on this development. Sarah Knight, Tamar's Business Development Officer, commented, "We were really pleased with the number of people who turned out to see our plans for the new affordable housing on the sites in Saltash. We heard some really useful feedback which will be important in shaping any plans we progress."
