Over the last 12 months, staff morale and retention has remained high. The management team consists of Julie Barnett, Chief Executive; Kavita Sinnett, Finance Director; Stuart Francis Dubois, Housing Director and Sue Davidson; Stepping Stones' Scheme Manager. A recent key appointment to the Society's management team has been made - Isabel Manners, Development Manager.

Staff and Board members were delighted to receive the Investors in People accreditation in 2007 with the assessor commenting "Tamar Housing Society was a pleasure to assess...All of Tamar's staff are very positive about the organisation - they value its independence and take pride in its achievements".
