During the last 3 years Tamar Housing Society has delivered a major investment programme to improve homes and reduce residents' energy costs.

All of Tamar’s properties now meet the government's decent home standard. Further investment works are planned to upgrade kitchens and improve bathrooms.

For day to day repairs, Tamar has implemented a 'one call' system to give residents the opportunity to choose an appointment time to suit themselves.
